Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $200 in the contiguous U.S. states.
Creation and Shipping Time
Hand-painted oil paintings require careful time and attention to create. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to complete before they are ready for shipping. Larger sizes may require additional time to complete.
We will notify you in advance via email with any updates to the timeline. Once the order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Time Estimates
All orders are shipped from the U.S., and the estimated delivery time is as follows:
East Coast (New York, Florida, etc.): 5-7 business days
Midwest (Illinois, Ohio, Texas, etc.): 6-10 business days
West Coast (California, Washington, etc.): 7-12 business days
Alaska and Hawaii: 10-15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand periods. If there are any delays, we will notify you separately and explain the situation.
Shipping Restrictions
For certain countries, states, and remote areas, we may not be able to ship orders. If your location is affected, we will notify you separately via email. If you have concerns about the shipping availability to your area, please contact us at service@hahapainting.com before placing your order.
Returns
We take great care in creating each piece and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our artworks are hand-painted and made-to-order, they generally do not qualify for returns. However, we do offer some return and refund options as outlined below:
Return of Made-to-Order Items
As all of our artwork is hand-painted and made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted.
Returns or Exchanges Due to Our Error
However, if the item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will offer a return or exchange.
Minor Variations in Artwork
Since our artwork is hand-painted, each piece will have slight differences in the details, even if they are identical. These small variations are part of the artistic process, and as such, we do not accept returns based on minor differences in the artwork. Please understand and accept this before making a purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order included free shipping, a 20%-30% fee will be deducted as the shipping cost, depending on the specifics of the order.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@hahapainting.com. We will offer a free exchange or return. Please include clear photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations or changes are not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
Items returned after the 30-day window
Clearance or final sale items
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@hahapainting.com.
